Dividend Reinvestment Plan
City Pacific Limited (City Pacific) is pleased to offer shareholders the opportunity to participate in the company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). The DRP provides shareholders who hold fully paid ordinary shares with a convenient means of increasing their holding in City Pacific by reinvesting all or part of their dividend in additional fully paid ordinary shares.
Under the City Pacific Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan, the dividend attributable to your City Pacific Limited (City Pacific) ordinary fully paid shares may be reinvested in new City Pacific ordinary fully paid shares.
