CPPM is managing the development of a unique marina living community on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria for Marina Cove Pty Ltd.
The Martha Cove development comprises:
- Diversion of Marine Drive underground to allow unrestricted waterway access for boats above
- Development of 53 hectares of land
- Creation of an inland waterway and harbour with over 700 marina berths, connected to Port Phillip Bay
- Creation of 1,150 home sites including allotments for individual waterfront homes, apartments and retirement units
- Creation of an inland harbour for boat maintenance and storage facilities
- Design and construction of the commercial centre
- Design and construction of 69 luxury waterfront homes
- Establishment of the Body Corporate to manage the community
- Establishment of design guidelines to guide the design of built form
- Establishment and management of the sales team
