CPPM is managing the development of a new commercial and residential development at Broadbeach. One of the commercial buildings will become the corporate office for the City Pacific Group.
The Broadbeach Development comprises:
- Two commercial office buildings of 2000 m2 and 1700m2 respectively
- Twelve residential units
- Two luxury water front villas
- Underground parking for the complex
Project Cost: $20 million
