City Pacific property division focuses on the provision of development management services for major projects.
Development management services are provided through a fully owned subsidiary of City Pacific called City Pacific Project Management (CPPM).
CPPM comprises an experienced team of professionals each with up to 20 years of individual experience managing major projects.
CPPM manages major development and infrastructure projects for the City Pacific Group and for unrelated external commercial clients. Current developments managed by the team are spread along the East coast of Australia from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria to Townsville in North Queensland. The combined total value of projects under management is over $2 billion.
Property development is undertaken through associated companies, CP1 Limited, Indigo Pacific Capital Limited, Grande Pacific Limited and Breakwater Pacific Pty Ltd.
