City Pacific Mortgage Trust "On Air"

City Pacific has provided media with important information to help clarify the differences between a fund which offers debentures, and the Mortgage Trust, which is a highly-regulated Managed Investment Scheme, following the recent collapse of a debenture-style fund operator.
