The recent addition of Liz Dowling to the City Pacific Lending Division ensures the continued success of the company's highly-successful Mortgage Trust portfolio.

Liz Dowling admits property funding was always in her sights throughout her 22 year career in finance.

Liz has provided personal and residential finance as a banker with the National Bank of Australia in Melbourne after many years as a supporting securities clerk for the lending managers.

Since 2005, Liz has worked in the Queensland retail finance sector with a financial planning team who specialised in the ever-changing property market.

Matt Gillam, Lending Manager for the Mortgage Trust, says Liz's extensive financial experience and excellent communication skills will bring much needed competencies for dealing with the daily pressures of her position.
