Paradise Resort
A major milestone for the Paradise Resort redevelopment with an application for Development Approval now with the Gold Coast City Council for Tower One, a thirty storey structure with approximately 260 apartments.
The Master Planning for the majority of the Paradise Resort site has now commenced.
Gainsborough Greens
The Mirvac Pacific joint venture has teed off with the development of the land surrounding the golf course now in the planning stages. Not surprisingly, new owners City Pacific are holding their annual corporate golf day at the championship Gainsborough Greens Golf Club this year.
Pacific Beach
Negotiations with the Gold Coast City Council are proceeding following the development application for the luxury two-tower beach-front complex between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The towers will feature approximately 321 apartments.
New Offices
Construction is well underway for City Pacific's new offices at Broadbeach on Queensland's Gold Coast.
The move later in the year, which will be the first change of office for the Gold Coast branch, has been warranted by the continual expansion of City Pacific.
