A Double-whammy for Indigo Blue

A recent research report from PRD Nationwide has confirmed what City Pacific do very well, which is to provide finance only to experienced developers who construct outstanding products in the best locations.

The report focused on the re-sales of units in 23 high rise apartments at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.

Of particular note Indigo Blue, financed by City Pacific and completed in December 2002. Indigo Blue was not only the number one high rise, achieving the highest average re-sale prices, but was also top of the table for average capital growth for the survey period from 1997-2005.

The report noted that Indigo Blue’s re-sales returned a price average of $916,476 and a capital growth average of 24.9% per annum.
