City Pacific Tops Ten of the Best Table

1st September, 2006

City Pacific is considered to be in a select category of smaller firms worth listening to, according to a report published in the Australian Financial Review.

The information was a result of the current reporting season of the profit and loss accounts published by hundreds of listed companies.

City Pacific headed a table of 10 companies described as “Ten of the Best” with compelling investment fundamentals. The report mentioned that City Pacific would benefit from new financial service products and property development.

The report quoted a management statement that City Pacific would maintain a dividend of at least 45c a year for at least the next two years.

The Townsville land purchase adjacent to Jupiter’s Casino is described as one of a number of promising projects in the pipeline.
