  1. How are distributions calculated?

Distributions are calculated daily after close of business by determining the number of units in your investment account, and multiplying by the daily distribution rate. The daily distribution rate is calculated by dividing the current distribution rate by the number of days in the current calendar year.

  2. How often are distributions paid?

Distributions are paid after the end of each calendar month (generally within 7 days after the end of month). If you choose to reinvest your distribution quarterly, it will be automatically credited to your investment account at the end of each quarter.

  3. Are there any entry or exit fees?

There are no entry or exit fees on any City Pacific investment product.

  4. How often will I receive a statement?

Statements are issued on a quarterly basis. You will receive your statement within 14 days of the end of the previous quarter.
