The funds offered by City Pacific have been tailored to provide investors with opportunities to gain a range of returns and terms to suit their investment objectives. The funds are currently only open to investment by wholesale or sophisticated investors.
City Pacific established the First Mortgage Fund in 1998 and has managed its growth to stand at approximately $900 million in funds under management. The fund is designed to provide investors with regular income from a diversified portfolio of loans secured by registered first mortgage.
