City Pacific Treasury Finance (Treasury) operates throughout Australia with activities including commercial mortgage origination and management, structured finance and property syndication. The business has access to substantial institutional funds and complements City Pacific's core lending and property expertise.
Treasury provides growth to City Pacific through the cross selling of commercial and development loan products. Treasury has around $600 million in loans under management, covering an extensive portfolio of commercial properties. Additionally, Treasury manages high yielding debt investments for sophisticated, high net worth clients.
Funding is provided to Treasury by major institutions through committed facilities including a $100 million warehousing securitisation facility for commercial loans through Westpac Institutional Bank.
