City Pacific Income Fund

Launched in early 2006, the City Pacific Income Fund (Income Fund) is designed to provide investors with regular income from a pool of stable interest investments such as bank bills with a Standard & Poor's credit rating of A or A-3 or above and the balance directly or indirectly in high yielding loans secured by registered first mortgages over real property and in certain circumstances collateral security.

The loans provided by the Income Fund are for the purpose of providing funding to a range of commercial borrowers. Companies and individuals generally borrow from the Income Fund when finance is required for a short period - normally between 12 to 24 months.

The City Pacific Income Fund is classified as a 'non-liquid' registered managed investment scheme. Further information is available from the Income Fund.
