Indigo Pacific Capital Ltd
Indigo Pacific Capital Ltd (Indigo Pacific) was originally a joint venture between private developer Indigo Group and City Pacific Ltd and provides funding for property developments in the leisure and lifestyle segment of the property market. Indigo Pacific listed on ASX in May 2004, and has exposure to residential, retail, commercial, residential subdivision and marina style developments. Indigo Pacific's investments are also broadly spread geographically, and it has strength in identifying upward movements and geographical opportunities at the start of cycles.
City Pacific holds a 25% interest in Indigo Pacific.
