CP1 Ltd is a listed property development company with a number of major projects including:
- Martha Cove in Victoria (Residential Marina and Commercial / Retail)
- Lake Views Estate in Victoria (Residential / Industrial)
- Budds Beach residential development in South East Queensland (Residential / Hotel)
- Gold Coast International Hotel and surrounding land in a 50-50 joint venture with Raptis Group
CP1 incorporated in March 2002 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in January 2003. City Pacific Ltd holds more than a 30.6% stake in CP1.
The group's flagship development in Martha Cove is showing exceptionally high sales on stages one and two. This multi-stage development is set to provide solid profits to CP1 over the short to medium term. These profits will contribute strongly to the bottom line of City Pacific.
The development of other projects in CP1's charge will benefit City Pacific through profit contributions over the medium to long term. These exciting developments give the group exposure to a combination of industrial, commercial and residential property developments in geographical areas that are set to experience above average growth rates.
