City Pacific Project Management was established in early 2005, through the appointment of a team previously engaged by Jupiters Ltd and Tabcorp Holdings Ltd on the development of the $200 million Treasury Casino and $140 million Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. The establishment of the Project Management division has further enhanced City Pacific's position of being uniquely skilled in the financial services industry, holding development expertise and capability.
The skills possessed by Project Management assist in assessing the complex development projects which City Pacific may fund through the Funds Management and Commercial Finance divisions. City Pacific Project Management is project managing a range of developments for the City Pacific Group and external clients, and is currently managing over $1.7billion of project value. City Pacific Project Management contributes to profits through revenues earned from management and performance fees.
